Return Process

  Ensure the product is in its original, unworn condition with all tags and certificates intact before securely packaging it for the return pickup.

  Reverse Pickup

  Our logistics partner will arrive at your registered address within 48-72 hours to collect the package and provide a return acknowledgment receipt.

  Refund Processing

  Once the item reaches our warehouse and passes the quality check, your refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
