What are your shipping charges and delivery timelines?
We offer free insured shipping across India. Standard delivery typically takes 5-7 business days, while custom-made pieces may take up to 14-21 days to be crafted and dispatched.
Do you offer a Buy-Back or Exchange policy?
Yes, Carat Sutra provides a Lifetime Buy-Back and Exchange policy. You can upgrade your jewelry or receive a refund based on the prevailing market rates of gold and diamonds, subject to quality inspection.
Can I customize a design I saw on the website?
Absolutely. We specialize in bespoke jewelry. You can contact our design team to modify existing designs or create a completely unique piece from scratch according to your preferences.
What payment methods do you accept?
